Great course tutorial. This is a great example of a Level 2 tutorial. There are text based information accompanied by a demonstration both in hardcopy format and web format.
I like the fact that the tutorial has a hardcopy of the procedures as well as an online tutorial. For the hardcopy procedures, I like the fact that it includes screenshots of the steps allowing anyone to easily follow along. The online tutorial I thought was even better with the Jing step by step procedures. As most people know, following procedures on inputting information into a database can be very difficult with just text information, so I’m glad that screenshots and the Jing tutorials are provided. As a visual learner, I’d probably rely heavily on the Jing tutorials to utilize this database.
I liked the suggestions that you offered, especially the one about making this tutorial web-based. Once that is completed, you can then add a link in the actual database linking to the tutorial, so that users can easily use the tutorial to troubleshoot their issues.
